So, my Grandmother has come to stay with my parents for the holidays and apparently she commented on wishing to know the words to the songs I wrote for my girls. So, my mother called me and passed on the message telling me that Grandma stated she kept forgetting to ask me.

So, On the LAST day of November, we had one more thanksgiving feast. We had been at my grandmother's, so we decided to do turkey day with my parents afterwards since we had a 17 pound bird! My father and I actually cooked the thing a few days before that so that the bird wouldn't spoil. THAT was my final word count for NaNoWriMo!!!
I hit 50k by day 12!!! I was ASTONISHED! THRILLED! OVERJOYED! BOUNCY, ESTATIC and MORE!!!!
It was so amazing to finish the 50k challenge. It was even MORE amazing to finish Nano with two completed rough drafts! Yes, I know, you are supposed to write ONE story. Well, sorry.
